This EQ Ensemble concert features our second commission for this season, Clifton Ingram’s Fortress of Turns, paired with two of Ingram’s influences, Nomi Epstein’s Sextet, and Drew Baker’s Charon. EQ composers Dan Lewis’ The Way We Wanderand Mischa Salkind-Pearl’sA Poppy of Erasure are also featured.
In collaboration with the Harold Golen Gallery, FETA Foundation presents Stephen Marotto in a program of music for solo cello and electronics, all of which explore the boundaries of the instrument in a unique way.
